***IMPORTANT PART***
after you click a hyperlink button to go forward (i.e. the buy button) once you get an error message, click F5
wait until that page loads, if its an error page click F5 again. do it over and over again (but give the error page a chance to load) until the next page loads.
I averaged about 15-20 refreshes per screen
Got through and got order detail screen
1 minute late got Order has been received email
Bank has been charged.

    I cant even get to that because it is saying I am restricted from buying tix!

    It worked for me... I haven't received email yet but CC was charged and I got confirm number link with blank white page... that's how you know it worked... copy the last set of numbers ion that link.... that's your Confirmation Number...should be around 8 numbers... YES!!!!

    sometimes I just get a blank white page that I can't do anything with so I just refreash again... :?

    It worked for me. Thanks for the tip. It's good timing too. With my husband and I working odd hours, and he took time off today to try to get tickets, it seemed like we might not be able to go to the show.

    I did as well, just keep hitting F5. Another thing I did was close out a window and try again from the link people have been posting. Got through w/order confirmation about 45 mins ago.

    I see that I got charged on my CC and I was able to see the purchase in my order history page, but I received no email from 10C. I am a little nervous that other people received their confirm email right away. This happened about 1 hr ago. Is anyone else still waiting for an email?
