American Express in Goods Section...

It doesn't look like I can use my american express card in the goods section. will this be the case with ticket sales as well?

    Nope, 10c doesn't take amex. Like most retailers who don't, its because its fees are greater than Visa/MC.

    That is correct. I once almost missed out on tix once when I forgot Amex was not accepted. However I surprisingly remembered my VISA number.
