Yeah - I get some pretty bad sinus headaches with crappy weather. Usually hitting like 4-6 Advil a few times a day minimizes it.

If by weather related you mean drinking far too much alcohol in the sunshine, than yes, occasionally I do ;)

I get migraines when the weather changes. Something about the barometric pressure. It's supposed to be a pretty common migraine trigger. I take Zomig.

Now that you mention it, our weather has been a big yo-yo lately and I had a migraine recently after several months with none. I take 400 to 600 mg ibuprofen and drink lots of water to rehydrate. The biggest change for me was to stop eating any form of nuts. That really decreased the number of migraines for me.
    Feel better!

Couldn't agree more. So painful and seems like they disrupt everything.

I always feel kind of confused after a really bad one. Did things happen or did I dream them? :?
I think my brain just goes to some strange places to get away from feeling so frustrated and awful.

I get massive headaches when there is a high pressure system around. NOthing helps, I just try to go to sleep early and hope for better the next day.

I don't get headaches, but I never had allergies for the first 25 years of my life and the last few years I've started really getting congested and dry eyed come spring.

Anybody have aches related to old injuries when the weather gets funny?

My wife and I both get achy knees around the time rain rolls in or out.

If I got migraines, I have a feeling I'd be the biggest wuss about it.

Yes, the weather seems to bother me as well, rainy damp weather hurts my knees and I do get headaches as well. I've had a sinus/headache for a few days now.... :(

I have question headaches...because you keep asking questions about different headaches...

    Sometimes headaches are from dehydration.
Try drinking a lot of water if you start to get a headache.

Hot and cold pressure changes in the air give me bad headaches. I also seem to get them when its really windy out. I hate headaches. Im tired of getting them. But changing lifestyle and even birth control doesnt seem to help at all.
the person below me smells like cat pee and raisins...
