As just a general rule, and especially since the 10c only gets a small percentage of the overall venue ,they always have had most of the best/closest seats in the house. Your worst 10C ticket should still be better than most of the TM tickets. Plus, the tickets are why a good percentage of members are members.

I have been a paying members for 17 years now....I good pretty dang good seats.

    See you fools in Vancouver!

ive been pondering the 10c vs TM/broker dilemna and based on some of the posts including above, i will go 10c route on monday, i too am 400xxx and do not hold out a shit ton of hope, sans lotto. there has been some speculation that reserved seats via brokers will be in the $200 range, i think that may be a bit low, thinking more like $250+ as we are only talking about approx 15k over 2 nights, right?

anyone else have insight as to the broker seats will range in the coming months?

10c gets good seats. If your above say 300XXX you might be at the middle or back the floor or a few sections back on the lower bowl or an arena, or the back of the reserved seating for an amphitheater. The bigger the city, the farther back you will be via 10c and it will be tough to get any decent seats via TM.

You might be able to get better seats through TM in theory, but when was the last time someone got great seats through TM at a public onsale (not counting the lucky folks that score tix when they drop tix or "day of" box office seats)?

Id say you have a much better chance of getting a ticket that will make you happy if you buy through the 10c. Don't expect to be "close" unless you have a good number.
I agree that sitting with other 10c members adds to the experience in a positive way (most of the time).
And there is always a chance you hit the lotto.

I suppose I am going to try the Ten Club tickets, sounds like there is more upside for them than TM, even with a high membership number.
