I just got to see the Punch Brothers last night. Great show! They really fed off the crowd and showed some mad plucking skills. I don't know if that's the usual energy they put into a performance, but I was impressed.

The Milk Carton Kids opened up for them. I'd suggest anyone who can to see them, too. They made me think of early Simon and Garfunkel. They had everyone cracking up with their between song banter.

Great band. Chris Thile is an amazing artist... as is Critter, Gabe and Noam. You have to have a taste for Blue Grass, but their sheer talent will blow you away.
