Buying PJ20 travel package solo?

I really want to purchase the Alpine Valley Resort travel package but I don't have anyone to go with. I was thinking of trying to sell the extra ticket and room on the forums. Obviously it would be weird to spend 2 nights/3 days with a complete stranger so I was thinking giving my cell # through a private message and talking to the person first. Just wanted to know if anyone thought this was a bad idea.
