Well hopefully I get this to work right - first time posting. I thought you guys would enjoy this piece I did back in the fall while I was student teaching. I had the high school students do celebrity portraits and they had to add a quote to the piece. My example was this one, ol' EV - the king, and believe it or not, there was not one kid who knew who Pearl Jam was let alone heard the name Eddie Vedder. There were 10 kids in the class all 17 and 18 yr olds... What a shame... At least I informed them of one of the greatest bands of all time..
