It worked for me, I called the guy Monday of last week, and they were at my house Saturday.
2008 - MSG 6/24-6/25
2010 - Newark 5/18 MSG 5/21

    I just saw your thread, I called, and BINGO, my order's being shipped today, they had my wrong shipping address, but the order was accurate...he asked when I ordered, I said June 30th, he said they are getting to orders that were done June 28th & 29th, so its good I called, he corrected the address and I got an earlier ship than if I wouldn't have called...

    He did say they are getting through the orders, they had to hire more people, but they are a small indie operation, he said thanks for the patience, but I do recommend calling for status of your order...(805) 239-4201--GO, and be cordial, they really seem like they are just swamped and they'll get your boot to you soon enough!

    I ordered mine July 10th and I was very nice to him, he told me he was putting my orders to the top, and would ship them out right away.

    i ordered two copies of bonnaroo, but they only shipped one. called them up and they were super friendly and asked no questions, just said i'd get my other copy in 2-3 days.

    Emailed Kufala about an hour ago and already got a response with them saying my order would be shipped right away.

    It seems they really are just totally backed up.

    Anyway, I definitely appreciate the quick response.
    you couldn't swing if you were hangin' from a palm tree in a hurricane.

    I emailed earlier this evening after reading this thread and received a shipment confirmation and a follow-up email within a few hours. As noted in this thread, it's pretty clear that they're just backed up and are now prioritizing any orders you contact them about. Just inquire politely and it'll be shipped right out!

    Just to be fair, it can make people worry and wonder about the status of their orders when they're not receiving or hearing anything weeks after their payment was processed. It's a very reasonable thing to POLITELY inquire about it.

    For example, when I emailed, I acknowledged that I'm aware they've been inundated with orders and said I have no problem being patient, I just wanted to try to get a rough estimate of when the order would ship...the response thanked me for my patience and understanding and said the order was going right out.

    Definitely worth calling. I got my Bonnaroo CD 10 days after I received the "your order has been shipped" email, only to find that disc 3 is for Washington. Without any hassle, the guy told me he'd ship disc 3 of Bonnaroo, and throw in discs 1 and 2 of Washington for free. And it'll be here in about 3 days this time (apparently the guy doing the shipping before forgot to add the 'airmail' sticker to the package....)
