yep. haven't got a reply back yet.

    Bump...

Please share their response D.... otherwise I will put a curse on the Bruins...

Like most here I'm going to be shooting for tickets for both Toronto shows... unfortunately everything else is too spaced out and I don't have enough vacation left to try for anything else...

wish i didn't have a real job right now about... my best friend in toronto is already working on plans for MTL, TO, Ottawa, and Hamiliton...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! :(

Can't you take 3 sicks/leave day's off from Wednesday the 7th for Montreal straight to the Toronto show? My gut say's there will be a 2nd night @ the Bell Centre on Thursday. There is no other event on the month of September @ the Bell Centre for September. Plus ... Canada (except Montreal) - Friday, May 27th 10am local time at www.ticketmaster.com. Montreal - Saturday, May 28th 10am local time at www.ticketmaster.com. Why on it's own on Saturday? Feels like 2 nights will be available, and it'll only be for ticketmaster sale (well, maybe if 10club could squeeze in ticket's for us!)!

Just got an email from 10C about this (I emailed asking about multiple ticket purchases) and this is their reply:
Sorry, it’s one pair per member, per day. You will not be able to purchase more than 4 tickets for the weekend.

    -10c

So it sounds like there's a limit, which should maybe help out when the servers crash on sale day?

Weekend? This answer from 10club was about Alpine, not the Canadian show's. :|

I think the one pair per member per day was the CDN shows though? That's what I took from it anyway. My original question was about buying tickets to multiple dates, so I assumed that their reply was that you could only buy tix to one show? And the weekend being one pair of tickets per day, for a total of 4 over the course of the weekend?

Nope. The email & what Tim posted say's ..

    CANADA TICKETS:

Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and allocated by membership seniority, with the exception of rows 1-2 and rows 9-10 which will be used for random lottery allocation.

Two tickets (1 pair) per member, per show. No single tickets. No group seating.

NOTE: $2 from every ticket sold to Pearl Jam's Labor Day anniversary weekend concert and Canadian tour will be donated to Vitalogy Foundation, which grants funds to non-profit organizations chosen personally by the members of Pearl Jam.

    ---

For Alpine, it's a different story.

No this is making no sense. They replied to you about Alpine. You are allowed 2 fan club tix to each show on the tour. Its always been that way.

Hmm. I was feeling pretty good about this before, thinking since I really only want one show that I wouldn't have much problem, but now...not so much. Crap. Tuesday's going to be nothing but a fit of anxiety for me! :(

Why isn't the ticketing process for the Canadian shows staggered ?

Now I assume that the Ten Club has considered all viable options relating to the 'smooth' distribution of 10 Club ticket pairs through their website. They've decided to open up all Canadian tickets at the same time for a reason....

    - Just a suggestion ..... how about attaching a brief explanation to the Canadian Tour announcement post detailing why such a 'non-staggered' approach is being implemented. I think this may curb some of the angry posts relating to this issue. This is not an 'angry post', but rather a 'constructive' post.

I think most fan club members would just like to have a ticket-purchasing experience that does not end up taking hours whether they secure tickets or not.

    * The Canadian Tour is great news. Thank you for your efforts, Ten Club.

Ugh, if this is a flashback to the Vedder Solo tour in '08, I don't think I can handle that again! 4 hours, 4 seperate charges but no tix, but then a last minute email about tickets was hard on my ticker :|

Personally, I think that this situation will be rectified at some point throughout the week, and they will stagger. But we'll see.

One of the dates is on my birthday and I can probably convince the wife to go, but I'm from Florida. Where the hell is Saskatoon? What city do I fly to to get there?
As for your concerns D, I think ticket sales will end up being staggered. Of course, I'm guessing Saskatoon on a Monday probably won't be the first one people try to get, but again, I know nothing about it...

Saskatoon has it's own airport, YXE. If you can't fly direct into YXE from Florida, you'd have to fly into Regina, which is a few hours away.

Teeny followup (sorta) with 10C, basically told me to hang tight and they're ironing out some details. So maybe they'll stagger after all?

No, the show for Montreal will not be listed on ticketmaster, it will be on ticketmasters French (and atlantic Canada) subsiduary...

    http://www.admission.com

And I would say that's why you're seeing a different On Sale date. Different subsiduary, different policies.

jeez D, I thought you were an atlantic Canadian....

That is a nice thought about the sick days... I'll have to think about it... my buddy is on my case to go he wants to use my 10C membership for tickets (moron doesn't have one)... and I know all montreal shows are killer... that place rocks for a concert...

But I would figure that they'd ban you D :P

    I've never shopped @ admission.com. It's pretty much http://www.ticketatlantic.com/en/home/default.aspx & http://ww3.ticketpro.ca/index.php?languageid=-1 in these parts of the woods.

I love the Bell Centre. Will try & get my Bruins jersey stitched up with "PEARL JAM" printed on the back before the show. Doubt I'll be banned but loved by all Hab fan's!

    I've gotten a response from 10c.

"Due to time constraints we were only given 1 day for our Canadian ticket sale. We have moved all of our servers over to a new company and have made a bunch of upgrades tot eh site over the past 3 weeks, so we are hoping the added boost will help out.

    -10c"

Upgraded! Hope this improves things. :)

    Sweet! :)

But what about the times each show's 10club ticket's go up for sale? :( I don't mind that all of them are going up the same day. I'll take the whole day off work.

This could be the worst PJ Tour announcment day since I have been in the 10C (1994).

I can't make Alpine due to the fact I have a family event over labor day and don't want to get divorced or make my kids upset. I know... not PJ's fault.

I can work out going to Canada again but fear that the mess of May 24th will result in hours of frustration with pour results.

I know it is selfish but I am still bumbed about it all...

    Labor Day weekend... ugh
May 24 10am Pacific all 10 shows.... ugh ugh

May God and the servers be on our side.... at least my house isn't being flooded.

Going to be next to impossible to get tix to both Toronto shows and Hamilton. Why all at the same time???

This is the email I sent to 10C:

    Hi
I know you guys are swamped with requests and info seeking right now.
Im wondering if its possible that 10C will re think thier selling times for the Canadian tour.
Many of us would like to see the on sale times staggered as to ease the load of traffic for the sales.
I dont know if its at all possible to do this. If someone could send me a reply on if this is being considered that would be great.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Genevieve Olivier

And this is the reply I received:

Revisions are being made. Please stay tuned in the coming day or so.

    -10c

Im thinking they are gonna make changes and stagger. Oh pleeease! I hope thats whats happening!!!
