    I don't even see Toronto or Montreal on the goods page. This is even worse than the last 2 pre-sales I tried to get tickets through (and those were bad too)... :(

    I was willing to udnerstand the issues for PJ20, but not for a few Canaidan shows.

    If the website can't handle Canadian tour dates ... can you please shut the whole damn thing off and try again when it CAN handle the traffic?

    Hell, the previous tours handled far more traffic better than this.

    I sincerely hope management isn't planning on making this Canada tour sale take another day and a half ... after 8 hours stating "there are still a lot of tickets left", then allowing sales throughout the night when they said they wouldn't, etc etc.

    Just stop it, now.

    The damn pre-sale should have been postponed until someone who knows that they're doing was brought it to address this.

    Yup, same crap as yesterday. I'm trying for Calgary tickets today, but it looks like I'll be out of luck, since I only have a 20-30 minute window to get away from work. And I don't have the time to sit here for hours on end hitting refresh until my fingers bleed. I'm also working on Friday morning during the public onsale with Ticketmaster, so it looks like I won't be getting tickets at all for this tour. My god, what a clusterf--k. Ten Club won't be getting any more of my money until they either fix this garbage, or at least fire their tech people and bring in somebody who knows what the hell they're doing.
