    Fighter jets are cool.
    The original Top Gun is in fact kinda dumb and deeply flawed in a number of ways, BUT...it's still one of my favorite movies ever.
    If its on some random channel, I'm watching it.  Even if there's only 10 minutes left, I'm watching it.  
    That, and fighter jets are fn cool!  Did I mention that?

    Top Gun is cheesy goodness and young hot Val Kilmer can't ask for much more.

    Never cared for Top Gun. 

    But watched it with my mom not long ago when it was on the TV. She knew all the scenes by heart.

    seeing the original tonight actually at the local independent theater.  I have seen this but it's been probably over 25 years since I last saw it and I don't remember most of it.

    Usually when they show classics it's on 35 mm but i think this one was on DCP.
