OILBAMA :lol: ....hay what ever works ! I would love to see him fix some things around here and giving the o.k to wack bin laden was a great first move, now being the "help America support America" kinda guy I am I would love to see more oil produced in the US for the US and a stop out-sourcing,if Obama could get the ball rolling on those two things I just might vote for him. :D .........no really I would.

    Godfather.

I think Obama, like many of us, have simply realized that the zombies of this country will never be able to quit their oil addiction. So, as any sane person would do, he sees it better to feed the addiction with U.S. oil rather than with Mid-East oil. Not rocket science. And, as much as I am opposed to the continued overuse of oil, I see this a logical step toward clean energy policies. I hope.

By the way, to all the idiots bitching and whining about Obama taking so long to come to this conclusion, let me remind you that 11 men--11 men who had families--died on the Deepwater Horizon rig, all because some multi-billion dollar corporation wanted to save a few bucks and skate by the safety standards.

As I said in another thread: Let's not forget that the chants of "drill, baby, drill" were loud and clear before the 11 men who died on the Deepwater Horizon were even laid to rest. Some compassionate country we got here. Repulsive.
