For anyone familiar with the area, do you know if any of these locations are near America's Best Value Inn in Whitewater, WI? I'd really like to go to the pre-party as this will be my first PJ show. But, I'm going alone and I don't want to drink and drive.

    Cluthe/Lee
Matt Cluthe & Chris Lee met on the Pearl Jam message board in July of 2009. They were aware of each others music and soon after they met, started collaborating on music together. In the 2 years since they began, they have written & recorded well over one hundred songs together and have released two albums, Here We Are (2010) and Life Can Go (2011). The twist to their story is that they separately wrote & recorded these songs in two different states; Matt in Texas, Chris in Missouri. They were beyond excited when asked to play the Wishlist Pre-Party at PJ20 and have decided to donate a large portion of their CD sales to the Wishlist Foundation. They’d like to thank their families, friends and all of the friends they’ve made on the Pit for their constant love & support. All Those Yesterdays - Pearl Jam Fan Yearbook Station
All Those Yesterdays Pearl Jam Fan Yearbook is a physical memento and tribute to Pearl Jam fans, the music, the tour memories and Pearl Jam history of the past 20 years. Fans can pre-order their copy of the yearbook on site, buy a shout-out in the book, take out an advertisement or have your mugshot taken for inclusion in the yearbook for FREE!

The Faithfull - a PJ Story
When Pearl Jam released Ten, we were teenagers - that important age when music means a lot because it seems to almost magically capture thoughts, ideas and experiences that you can’t even begin to understand yourself.

Now 20 years later, we look back on our lives since 1991 and recognize that rather than outgrow the band like we did the hairstyles of our youth, we have been fortunate to have found ...enduring spokesmen, guides, friends. Those five insightful musicians have continued to prove uncannily dependable as we’ve both developed new interests, expanded our musical tastes and simply matured.

Perhaps even more amazingly, those songs we identified with first as restless teens have taken on new meaning as we’ve followed their writers into the ages when they were written.

And as we, the much-hyped but oft-forgotten Generation X, begin to negotiate what is proving to be the most challenging phase of our lives, we can continue to look at our musical soulmate guides and find comfort. We sing along with them on stage and it becomes clear: through so many challenges, twists in the road, and, simply, years, these artists have not only survived but continued to grow and succeed. Now we look at how happy, contented and peaceful they are - while still rocking the best of live shows. Pearl Jam has made it through spectacularly. Of course, we will too.

For the past 20 years, Pearl Jam has written our story.

    This is that story

    Beneficiaries:
We have carefully chosen five different beneficiaries to support at this event, local and national, each in honor of a specific band member and the causes they believe in.

    In honor of Jeff Ament:
    Save The Turf Foundation http://savetheturf.com
As one of only two remaining American skateboard parks from the 1970s, the Turf is a unique part of our history. It attracted riders from around the world bringing revenue to the city of Greenfield and the surrounding communities. The Turf’s card-carrying members included top pros like Tony Hawk, Mike Vallely, Lance Mountain, Tony Alva, Jason Jesse and Jeff Kendall. Our first mission is to help fund the immediate protection of the now exposed pools from the harsh Wisconsin winters. Second, we will help fund the restoration of the pools and attract sponsors and investors to the new development.

    Tosa Skateboarders Unitedhttp://tosaskateboardersunited.org
The Tosa Skateboarders United skateboard park project began in early 2004 as the Wauwatosa, WI community realized the need for a facility of its type for local kids. There is no legal place for skateboarders and BMX bikers to practice their sport. A public forum was held on the topic of providing a skateboard park in the city. Citizen adults & youth, business leaders, teachers, the recreation department and the police department attended in support of the cause. Soon after the forum, a group of interested community volunteers came together to turn this idea into a reality. Now, many of the kids are becoming involved with all aspects of the project such as, speaking and demonstrating to the community and planning the construction process.

    In honor of Mike McCready:
    Advocacy for Patientshttp://advocacyforpatients.org
Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc. is the only advocacy organization in the United States that provides free information, advice and advocacy services to patients with chronic illnesses in all areas of need including health and disability insurance, Social Security disability, employment discrimination, school-based accommodations, resource location, and more.

    In honor of Matt Cameron:
Guitars in the Classroom Music Educationhttp://guitarsintheclassroom.org
Guitars in the Classroom inspires, trains and equips general classroom teachers and specialists to integrate music and music making across the academic curriculum through “song-based instruction” so students of all ages have the opportunity to learn through making music together in class, everyday. Their work prepares and supports educators to lead the way competently and confidently, employing music as a powerful tool for reaching all learners, teaching all subjects, and building character and community in their classrooms.

    In honor of Stone Gossard:
The Natural Resources Foundation of WI - http://www.wisconservation.org
The Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin creates opportunities for individuals and organizations to deepen their understanding and appreciation of Wisconsin's natural resources, support state and local conservation programs, and establish conservation endowments. Since 1986, our Foundation contributed more than $4.5 million to save endangered wildlife, protect natural lands, and support environmental education and outreach. Learn more at wisconservation.org and join us in exploring, protecting and caring for Wisconsin.

    In honor of Eddie Vedder:
    Honor Flight http://www.honorflight.org/
Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all their sacrifices. We transport our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9E7GLdYhm3s

In honor of JenTro & Wisconsinites everywhere
    Camp HOPEhttp://www.camphopeforkids.org/
Camp HOPE is a wonderful place in central Wisconsin where children and teenagers gather to work through the grieving process after a loved one dies. The camp gently guides the children and teenagers through the complex emotions by showing them that they are not alone.
