All I know is I'm sitting here listening to my PJ bootleg of the Tampa concert and the crowd was fucking awesome!

But I would put New Orleans in there. I love going there but 2 out of 3 shows there the crowd sucked.

It was full except behind the stage. You must be from the North and want to get in a pissing match. Sorry, but I'm not an asshole so look somewhere else for that.

Also, go and look at the reviews of the show. People from all over the country had an amazing time at that show, who gives a fuck if there aren't as many PJ fans in Tampa. This shit gets so old and sounds so ignorant.

You weren't there according to your signature. Apparently you only went to the MSG shows. You have no basis for your judgment.

We will see what happens tonight. But if it is lackluster, I would vote for Hartford.

I was emabarrassed when Eddie was booed after playing Bush Baby in 2003(?) He came out in a Bush mask and gold lame jacket and had to defend himself to jeers of USA USA. Great show other than that. A little post 9/11 angst I'm afraid.

Hell yeah! I was at Tampa and WPB and have been listening to both boots today. I thought both were really solid and Tampa did rock!

Of course it's been 10 years, but:

"After 'MFC,' Ed takes a swig of beer and a woman yells, "Hey, Ed! Gimme some of that beer," prompting him to respond: "What? All I heard was 'Hey, Ed. Gimme some of that either beer, pick or your dick' ... and I got lots of beer, lots of picks and only one dick ... and I ain't wasting it on a boring ass place like Knoxville."

I think that would rank in the bottom 4. ;)

Delaware isn't big enough to hold the poster line for a PJ show.

Although the tampa crowd was loud as shit, there were sections, not only behind the stage, but 3-4 tiers up, straight ahead, that had the black seat covers over them. As far as seats that were available, yeah, it was pretty filled. As far as the entire arena, not even close. and considering that, I was amazed at the crowd participation & how loud it was. Blew WPB out of the water.

that's dumb to even suggest pittsburgh, it's one of their favorite places to play. and it was sold out. there aren't many seats at the top of the arena to begin with.

don't forget West Virginia - most people don't even know it is a state -they should play Huntington or Morgantown - 2 good college towns near other states

It wasn't. They were playing Cincy, Cleveland, & Philly (2) that year, so that obviously takes away from the market. Not to mention DMB was in Hershey that night so they had to compete for a lot of the same people in the area.
