    They are trained to jump over fences though. Still, horrible news.

    Looks like he was following the pack ... the way they love to run wild in nature.

    They are beautiful creatures and of course still wild enough to answer to their inborn call
    and to be unpredictable.

    He should have been restrained .... poor thing must have been scared to death being chased by a police car.

    Hindsight is 20 20 ... humans can be incredibly blinded.

    Just earlier what you don't see there is the horse was in a jumps race, the same race as you see the other horses there running in. Jumps races have been the subject of great debate in Australia of late due to the high number of falls and horses being put down. But anyway, that horse and another fell got up without their jockeys and this one headed to the fence and jumped into the crowd.

    why didn't i tape the horse going crazy at bonnaroo that jumped THROUGH a fence. god that was scary.
