Down Under 1995 bootleg

I bought a bootleg at a record store in Chicago in 1995 called Down Under which was a recording of the 3/17/95 show in Melbourne. At the end of the final disc it had covers of Kids are Alright, Beast of Burden, I am a Patriot, Hunger Strike, Love You, Want You, Hate You, My Generation, Fuckin Up and Brass in Pocket. Does anyone have a clue what shows they might be from? Might be an unanswerable question but I'm interested in any thoughts. Thanks.

Love You/Hate You and Brass in the Pocket are definitely from the Zurich 6/18/92 show. Beast of Burden is probably from London '93. And I am a huge dork for knowing this stuff off the top of my head.

You know, I remember listening to this concert on the radio live, while I was sleeping in the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne waiting (camping out because it was GA, and yes, I was FIRST in line, but not the only one there!!), for the next night's show at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Was very awesome - both nights. :D

I've also got this CD (got mine in Boston in 1995). Does anyone have a copy of the cover? I can't find it online anywhere and 99% of my actual CDs have been in boxes in storage since a couple of moves ago. It's the only thing in my iTunes I don't have a cover for.

Also, there is a cover online that looks like Eddie in a hockey jersey. No idea what that is, I recall the cover on mine being a shot of the stage. I guess I can always use the other one, just a stickler for keeping this stuff organized.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Sorry for taking so long to get to this one...

Based on the 1995 Release date of this bootleg (on Kiss the Stone records I believe)

TKAA is from most likely 11/24/93 as that show was also released as a bootleg by KTS

Beast of Burden is from 7/14/93 at Brixton Academy

Patriot is from 11/1/92 at Bridge

Hunger Strike is tricky - if it's just an EV a capella version where Ed says at the end "I'll play that for Chris, he'll be really proud" as the opening chords of Black are played, it's from 2/22/92, if it's not, and still a SBD recording, it's prob from Tivoli on 3/4/92.

Love You, Hate You and Brass in Pocket/Shower The People aka meaningless is from 6/18/92

Fuckin' Up is PROBABLY from 7/16/93 in Rotterdam, 14 SBD tracks from that show were released by KTS as Against...

My Generation is also prob from 2/22/92... if it's a 40 second SBD, it definitely is. If it's a bluesier, slowed down, full version from a very good DAT tape, it's from 4/6/94.

    Hope that helps...

Don't have this one. So close to buying a silver CD copy way back but went for Down Under Again.

    Notes : Superior sound quality.

The copy of Down Under I got from KTS features a few things. First, the
show and CD conclude after Rocking in the Free World, with special guest
Dave Grohl on drums. Ed fucks up the words in Not For You, and goes on
a rant against the security form previous shows after an inspired
    rendition of Blood. [JON]

My bootleg does have that picture of Eddie in a VEDDER hockey shirt.
To me it's one of their best concerts ever including that fantastic outrage of Eddie against the security personell of 'last night'...

Hey what are the chances you still have this?
I was at this gig!! it was my first with PJ. Ed’s rant was epic!
I had a bootleg that I’d found in NY a few years later. I’ve realised my ex has taken it and all my other PJ cds. no chance he will give them back to me. Any chance you could burn me a copy and I’ll pay you? Or can I buy yours? Ha! Long shot I know!  I just cant  find it anywhere online. The others in this chat look like they aren’t in the ten club anymore.

Peace love and mung beans baby!

The whole security thing the night before was because there were chairs on the floor area instead of GA and the crowd were moving the chairs away to make it GA. Some people were throwing chairs around. But security did over react.
