    for msg 1 i had them in my cart and was at the billing site when it crashed on me. for msg 2 i was at the buy button 5 times but never proceeded any further.

    i clicked on "buy", then waited and waited only to get the white screen of "no tickets for you"! oh well...
    ...just got a fresh bottle.

    What a total disaster - I either have tickets, paid about 20 times and have nothing, or simply have nothing. Keeps crashing whenever I submit my CC info. I mean, this is ridiculous.

    Got the buy button at 2:04, got them in my cart immediately, after 10 minutes of crashing go to the payment button, submitted my payment, and another crash! I have no idea if it went through!

    This is a miserable experience.

    EDIT: Update, I got tickets! I had to go in and Buy them again (don't know how I was able to). Eventually got through all the stages and it crashed several more times. I finally got a screen that said "you cannot purchase with an empty cart." I checked my profile and the tickets were there.

    What an absolutely awful experience. I was shut out of MSG1 and surely thought the same would happen for MSG2. I feel for everyone who doesn't get tickets!

    I keep hitting check out and it stays the same

    i just refeshed for the 100th time and finally got the message, you cant not order more then one order blah blah

    i was ready to clicked buy, then crashed...so this message mean i got them??

    It took me forever but i think i got a pair, it gave me a double dose of you cant check out with an empty cart and one your order has been processed, I think I am good to go I am just waiting for the freaking order list to come up.


    EDIT: I do in fact have tickets :D

    i haven't even got to load tickets page - just says unable to connect :(

    i took off school to buy these tickets, and then this happens to me. all of you who even got them in your cart are fortunate.

    if you got through to the final step after entering your credit card details and the page crashed on you when you hit submit...check your bank account, you probably have the tickets
    looking for 2 to Columbia...

    mine are stuck in my cart, but i cant do anything with them


    i had them in there, logged out, then logged back in and they are still there...but i cant check out...

    this is brutal

    Ok, I finally managed to check my profile, and they were purchased - crashed when I hit submit, but I guess the payment still went through. If the tickets are no longer in your cart, check your profile, probably purchased.

    at one point i think i had 8 pairs of tickets in my cart since every time i hit buy nothing happened. turns out i get to the part for payment, i type in my credit card info and hit checkout...nothing happens. go to my bank of america and see that 168 dollars has been deducated from my checking account. then i went in my profile and cut copied and pasted my order. really does seem like i got two tickets to the second garden show!

    keep trying!
