Font appears thin on my Firefox...

I am not sure wtf has happened here, I ran Windows 7 update and now it looks shit.
It is thin and blurry looking, anyone know how to change it?

    i only noticed it on my email . i just went into view and zoomed in one time . ;)

    Oh yeah i opened that tool bar to get to view . Or CTrL ++

    Your font lost some weight. Good for it.
