labour standards, constructive dismissal?

Anyone ever had to deal with this?
In a previous thread I was saying how my new employer has been shaving down my hours little by little and also is making me take a lower wage (despite being there nearly 5 years, and pretty much running the store, and being the only employee who knows how to do everything as I've been there the longest - and there is a TON of stuff to do there).

Now he phones me and says not to come in, he isn't giving me shifts unless he calls me for some.
Literally in the month and a half he has had the store, he refused to give me more shifts because he wanted to give them to the new people, he took away hours, he lowered my wage, and now he won't give me any work at all.

Well an ex-coworker of mine, who worked with me under the old owners (best owners ever!), is now an accountant, he looked up in his business law book I have a case for constructive dismissal... I went to labour standards board and they said that I do too.

Now I have to start the paper work.
How annoying will this process be?
