If you were going to buy a tv today, which set would you buy and why?

you have a budget of 1K.

i'm leaning towards this

    any thoughts if they match online pricing? frys says they match pricing until they find out it's an online store.

    I would go with something like that. I paid $1,500 for that same tv a couple of years ago for our bedroom.

    Looks like a good deal and has an great picture.

    Maybe you will get it in time to watch the Bulls get knocked out of the playoffs! :D

    had my 32" toshiba for about 15 years now...still going strong...don't see why i need to spend 1,000's $$$$ for a new tv...hd is great but except for sports i don't see the need for it
