    I agree. I once thought they were cool, but Ed's early vocals are hard to stomach now.

    That's funny. #1 and 2 are right on.

    At least Ed has some good company in there. I'm guessing the author of that watches a lot of Grease followed up with High School Musical....and enjoys it.

    uhhh.. marketing ploys? i dont know, i kind of like the lack of music videos, i like not having a visual to tell me what the songs are about. it has nothing to do with marketing.. also, so what if they didnt market themselves? tons of other bands do and still fail. and, i mean yeah he was pretty annoying what, 15 years ago? im glad he made the note that he calmed down with that, but still.. if anything, the author was most annoying (though he did put down chester bennington, scott stapp, and fred durst)
