    They charge parking along with the ticket, its included in the venue service charge. This is just for people who want the really good parking, so they don't have to wait to get out after the show.

    the way it usually works is that they usually have one huge lot setup for VIP and if that ever sold out, they'd drift into the free lot. It's the security that lets people out on VIP basis.
