Cookies Enabled

Hi. I need help. How does one make sure your cookies are enabled? Do I go to "Tools" and somehow see it in there? I can't find any prompt that would allow me to make sure that "I have cookies enabled." Help!

    my tip is just keep trying, thats how i've been lucky i think alot of people got pissed and gave up
