Seriously, although he never won the role of president if it weren't for PJ thousands of people would not know what the Green Party or Nader stood for. I hope he's had a beer with the band at least.

I am pretty sure he mentions Ed in his book, from the 2000 run. Ed hasn't supported him since then, at least not for Prez, I'm sure he still like him and all.

Would be cool to get a pic of the two of them together.
  • Seriously?

I knew who he was back then. Then again, I had friends with hippie parents who, by the way, had no idea who Pearl Jam was.

Yeah, he made appearances on SNL in the '70s. I wonder if he ever acknowledged Lorne Michaels .... ;)

If Ed doesn't support Nader anymore, then who does he support?

The big Obama sign he's been displaying at all his solo gigs should be your first clue ....

He's actually supporting Hillary. Because anyone Ed publicly supports always ends up losing ... hee hee. :)

Yeah, okay. Why not Nader anymore? He feels like it's a wasted vote?

Oh yeah, he's the reason George Bush won in 2000. Good example of why every vote counts.

That's what I was wonering, would people really not know who Ralph Nader was if not for Pearl Jam. I knew who he was long before he ran for US President, then again I was really interested in classic/muscle cars in High School.
