    Personaly, the dim witted comments he has made to the media regarding 'being HIM in general' and saying he is a Chick magnet, makes me want to throw up and then take him by the ear and tell him to grow-up and shut-up.
    I'm hoping his mentors explain to him, there IS such a thing as " The Creep Factor".....and a bad hair-do is just that.

    That reminds me, a mutual friend of that guy who played Johnny Ibrahim in the last underbelly said to him, 'you must pick up a lot of chicks now'

    Back to the topic at hand, all jokes aside I can see why he would be called one of the most influential people. That doesn't mean his music is good, and I could honestly say I have never heard one song, or heard what he has had to say to media about being a chick magnet like someone said. All I know is what I've seen one the interwebs and maybe the odd thing here and there on tv, like the sunrise thing that happened here in aus a little while ago.

    But anyone who obviously has that many fans, veiws on YouTube, sales figures for both his music and that movie that just came out and so on has the ability to reach a mass audience of epic proportion. some won't want to hear it, but even a bigger audience then pearl jam could ever be able to reach. So there for he has the ability to be very influential to those millions of people Who do like him and follow him. Weather that be a good or bad thing, I don't know, but by no means I'm I gonna go running for the hills or hiding in my panic room just cause he has been call one of the most influential people.

    Think of the millions of young girls he is influencing, of course he is on the list... and probably rightly so... He doesn't influence me, but I am not some 13 year old girl with a poster of him on the wall...

    But yeah, without really hearing a beiber song I think I would rather my daughter listen to him then a lot of the sexualised pop that is out there like gaga or riahana or that Hannah Montana slut.
