Ben & Jerry's Pearl Jam Ice Cream

Does anyone know if there really was going to be a PJ Ice Cream but it was nixed due to members being vegans? It's been rumored for a while and even mentioned in the post section of this article from last year, but wasn't sure if that was true. I think a Strawberry Swirl Jam ice cream would be totally cool!

    well when i took the ben and jerry's survey... they had a place where you could suggest an ice cream


    I suggested a pearl jam concoction :P i forgot what i said to put in it .. but it was damn tasty
