Judge O'Brien jailed Hampson for three years, but ordered he be released after serving 12 months.

this is something about law I cannot fathom... in the UK we get people sentenced to 23 years... with a minimum of 15 being served? why not just sentence the fuckwit to what he deserves?

if the judge thinks its 3 years then he should be jailed for 3 years.

as long as you don't deport him back to the UK like you did with that other idiot ;);)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Haha... Bit of what goes around comes around there... How many crims did the poms send to Australia way back when? Just returning the favour.

And If there was no such thing as Probation and Parole, well my old man wouldn't have had a job... well, maybe...

What a creep. Something that irks me about this is that his lawyers are using his (supposed) autism as a reason/excuse for his behavior. I've known a few people that are autistic and they've all known right from wrong. Glad the judge initially saw past that...should have been kept in jail for the whole sentence though...

It gives people with autism a bad name.
It is like these idiots blaming their depression for making them misbehave and get drunk and fight.

Yeah. Thats a bullshit cop out. I believe if his autism is bad enough for him not to know that posting inappropriate comments and photos on Facebook is wrong, then I highly doubt he is high functioning enough to even know how to a. Sign up to Facebook, b. Search out a tribute profile of a murdered child, c. Post photos of dead kids on said profile.

Douche is just a fucking troll and got what he deserved.

Looking at his smug face makes me angry.
If I saw him on the street I would stomp on him.

I might get the chance, I live not far from Tarragindi where this douche is from. But I'm pretty sure he'll be passed around like currency in prison. He won't be able to walk properly for a long time, let alone sit in front of a computer.

I hope you do it and don't get caught, cops should turn a blind eye from time to time.

Oh and it says he will serve a year in prison, but he will be released in less then 6 months due to time served, he's been in prison for seven months now.
