    Hi,
    Long story short, you will be issued a refund check by DHL for overpayment of DUTY/VAT for your Vs and Vitalogy Super Deluxe Box Set.

    This charge was NOT a broker fee or shipping COD.

    We sent an electronic file to DHL Global Mail with the value of the SDX box set of $150.00 USD. Apparently, due to a software glitch, the value of the box set was set to $300.00....so the DUTY/VAT tax payment was approximately double what should have been paid...We've just been notified in the last 30 min, so we don't have all the details yet, but we wanted to let you know that this issue is being dealt with now.

    DHL Global Mail has been great to work with, and their attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

    So after a long day at work followed by 3 hours of driving in snow/rain/ice to pick up a friend who needed a lift home, I slink into my house ready to crash. I flick on the light to my music room, and BAM! My awesome fiancee picked up my box after hours, even with the $46 fee. AND it looks like I'm getting a cheque in the mail! A great end to a trying day! Which can't end now, of course; I've got a behemoth box set to check out!

    This home stretch is pushing it to the limits. Nothing arrived today & the next Canada Post delivery is Tuesday. :(

    Arrived yesterday in Dartmouth/Cole Harbour, NS - picked it up at the post office today (was in Toronto yesterday for the Cornell show).. $26.75

    Anyone have any idea why the COD charges vary? I got hit with a $46 fee in Toronto, but I've heard of other people in the same area getting a $20 something charge.....what the eff??

    Crossing finger's mine's sitting @ the Canada Depot in Halifax waiting to be delivered this coming Tuesday. Can't believe it but in the USA during this holiest week/weekend of the year they are getting mail delivery service on Good Friday & Easter Monday. It's all closed up here in Canada. Christianity doesn't apply with the USA postal service. :|

    Hmmmmmmmmm. Is it odd that nothing has arrived at my door yet???? AND I only ordered the deluxe versions of the CD (not the whole box set)

    I ordered the vinyl reissues and still have not received them. I imagine they'll be here any day. I hope.
