Jacked around by twist and shout?

So I order the new Foo Fighters LP Medium Rare through twist and shout records. I order it, get an order number, and a confirmation email. I email the guy asking a simple question, stating my order number, and his response is "sorry, this product is sold out".

I emailed him back asking if my confirmation email meant nothing. I'm hoping he misunderstood my question.

    That really sucks. They still have the damn thing on their site, if it's sold out they need to remove it. I ordered one last night, about 24 hours ago now I hope I don't get screwed out of it too. But I was kinda wondering if it was going to go through or not. They have every damn RSD release on there, even the ones that were super limited.

    I ordered an Immortality 45 and a Blitzen Trapper 45 from Vintage Vinyl ( www.vvinyl.com ) yesterday. Got an email today saying my order shipped...
    Not sure what they have left.

    Sunday night I placed an order for the Foo Fighters' Medium Rare LP. Order number 140720. I have since heard from quite a few people that the item was not actually in stock even though it was still listed on the site. So I'm just curious as to if my order will actually be fulfilled or not.

    that's not the point. the point is it's pretty bad business practice to advertise something that isn't for sale.
