Merkin Ball included in 1993-1995 SDL reissue?

Hi all,
That is pretty much my question.
Can´t find it anywhere, although I have not yet opened my SDL. Is it there? Why is not on vinyl as well? At least, this I can tell from the outside?
I knew all the rules but the rules did not know me

    Merkin Ball probably has more in common with No Code than Vitalogy... It came out in late 1995, around the time they started playing some future No Code/Yield stuff live. Maybe something related will be in the next box set.
