I went to see CC at Berklee Sat night (great show BTW). One of the things that stood out was how well behaved the crowd was, ON A SAT NIGHT IN BOSTON.
Yes, there were some shout out song requests. When Chris was telling stories the crowd was respectfull and reminded me more of a Storytellers show than a concert.
ANYWAY, as fans, I am sure that we could get a lot more out of the upcoming EV shows with a little respect for the musician and the fans who have fought and clawed to get tickets to these shows. Just my two cents...
Last - Really cool setlist that included TOD and Mother Love Bone.

Regrettably, from what I hear, this is like asking someone to push a piece of string up a length of rope. While technically possible, not everyone has the wherewithal to attempt it, let alone succeed.
Having not seen either before, I snagged tickets to see both CC and eV. I [sarcasm]can't wait[/sarcasm] to compare how disrespectful the crowds are. I bet Cornell's audience is on much better behavior.
always a few dick's in every crowd yelling stupid shit
Alpine Valley Resort is etched in my brain!!!
I was thinking the same thing...if only people could behave this well at Ed's solo shows. I dont' know why people have to act like total assholes at Ed's solo shows?
these yahoos think they are going to a PJ show ... they also think that they spent their money and they can do whatever they damm well please ... not a whole lot you can do about it ... i'd say beer plays a role too ... haha
Anyone else with me on this? Maybe the more that request a venue to "police" the crowd a little, maybe the better the experience for all?
Peace, and I promise not to yell or scream stupid shit at the EV shows.
Libtardaplorable©. And proud of it.

SHOW COUNT: (164) 1990's=3, 2000's=53, 2010/20's=108, US=118, CAN=15, Europe=20 ,New Zealand=4, Australia=5
Mexico=1, Colombia=1
Outside of him, the crowd was very respectful and what a great show.
I've never seen Eddie solo (but I got Hartford and NYC tix) so I'm just wondering what it is that people do. And I am sure that once I hear it, I will once again be embarrassed to be a human
I wouldn't criticize it without seeing it. I'll agree that I wasn't a fan of Scream, but hearing it done Saturday acoustically, I definitely have a better opinion of it now.
People act like complete idiots. Yelling out song requests and stupid comments. Ruining the show for everyone else. When Ed is trying to tell a story you have some drunk moron screaming over him. It is very annoying.
I enjoy skinny-skiing, going to bullfights on acid...
I'd rather have someone with $500 jeans on sitting next to me than some drunk loser. The screaming idiots should be thrown out of the show.
It was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. Worth every penny. You don't know what your talking about.
It was a great show. Glad I decided last minute to go!
you go girl!
I will wear my 7 for All Mankind jeans at the EV show and I won't be drunk!
