NEED HELP WITH A SONG TITLE!!!

So I unearthed a b-sides/live rarity mix I made ages ago. theres a song on it I cant figure out what its called or who wrote it. needless to say, i feel like an idiot cuz its on there for a reason. its acoustic with some harmonica and the lyrics are (roughly) as follows:

"my numbers up
my time has come.............."



chorus:

"theres no time for laughing
theres no time to cry
soon i will be leaving
look me in the eye"

???????????????
life can't get eddie vedder than this!

    Great song...I have it only once( Live at the Bridgeschool) Are there more recordings of it??
    Its one of the most rare songs they played so...
