See you again

It seems theses dreams have been given to me
each night that we spend to the end
the long bus rides or planes at hight tide
and I can't wait to see you again.

The shadowy faces and cries from the hart
I take them all home with me
for if ever a time I once called you mine
you're forever in my heart
and always on my mind.

I see you as you smile
and hold onto your dreams
and my wish is to be there with you
for if ever a time I once called you mine
in my heart I'm always with you.

It seems theses dreams have been given to me

side note; I thought of this poem using EV's voice.......laugh if you will but while I was singing in the shower it was a hit...just ask my wife and son who wanted to know if I was alright. :lol:

    A good number of your poems read like they are songs, Godfather.

    yes but I don't use them much.
