    yes. Red Hot Cili Pepeprs had Nirvana and Pearl jam (and later smashing pumpkins) fill the support slots with them in 1992.

    Pj were bottom of the bill.

    yea that new years eve 91 show in Daly City, California. Nirvana's facebook page recently posted footage from that show, and there is Pearl Jam footage on youtube.
