I wanted to publicly thank the 10C for being awesome. I received my fantastic VS/Vitalogy box set and upon opening it up I discovered that I had gotten two Jeff Ament litos but didn't get a Mike McCready. I sent an email and received a reply the next day saying that they would send me a replacement. I was most appreciative. I just wanted to point out a good story because sometimes it seems like the 10C gets crapped on around here way too much.

    I concur (sp),..is that how you spell this trendy word? concur? am i saying it correctly?
    anyways...totally appreciate 10c...what i used to have to go through to get a live show on disc in 1994...Along with my wife and children, i am totally blessed to be part of the 10c family. We are in this together! when they get slammed, we all feel it. Thanks for all their/your work...Omaha here supporting allways.
