SIN EATERS--We take the moral excrement we find in this equation and we bury it down deep inside of us so that the rest of our case can stay pure. That is the job. We are morally indefensible and absolutely necessary.

Prohibits funding for the Biomass Crop Assistance Program. Sec. 1285
--this restricts the federal govt. from providing assistance to owners and operators of agricultural and non-industrial private forest land who wish to establish, produce, and deliver biomass feedstocks - This hinders these groups from being able to compete against corporate biomass entities.
Prohibits the Federal Reserve from transferring more than $80 million to the new Bureau of
Consumer Financial Protection.
--This is the new agency that was established where the consumer could get assistance when they believed they were a victim of – examples – credit card fraud, banking fraud, when there was the tire recall, etc.
Prohibits funds for a government sponsored “consumer products complaints database.” Sec. 4046

Sec. 1115
Prohibits funds to take any action to effect or implement the disestablishment, closure or
realignment of the US Joint Forces Command.
--Why you can’t close Gitmo.
Sec. 4031
Bans funding for the Department of Education regulations on Gainful Employment, as-yet-unpublished rules that would restrict federal student aid to for-profit colleges whose students have high debt-to-income ratios and require the schools to report more information about student outcomes.

Sec. 1778
Puts a moratorium, for the duration of the CR, on the payment of legal fees to citizens and groups who sue the government.
--Any group that’s suing –for example – the Corp. of Engineers for levee maintenance, even if they win – a certain amount will be deducted from their awarded amount, if it exceeds the government’s limit. Yet, they are still obligated to pay their own attorney’s feel (the full amount).
Sec. 4007

Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants From the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry and

if i were a representative i would completely oppose it too.
"Well, you tell him that I don't talk to suckas."
i wish that the every day joe schmo would just realize that these things are NEVER about what they say they are about...
so when they say...oh don't vote for congressman so and so or senator so and so..they voted against the abortion bill..or they voted against wetlands conservation...or blah blah blah..i could get into it all, but you' ve already laid it out..
that the bill they voted for/against (abortion, wetlands, what have you) is almost NEVER what they actually voted on. it was all the attachments that they were voting for or against...the stuff that most of us never hear about or take the time to find out cuz we all to often take things at face value..and it almost never is...never ever.
thanks for that.
i hope people take the time to read it and come to realize that this is how it ALWAYS is in government.
doesn't matter what the bill is..there is always so much junk attached to it, and that's what is being voted on.
thanks for taking the time to lay it all out here

Looks like a lot of prohibiting funds to stuff the government shouldn't be meddling in anyway. Good for them!!
...are those who've helped us.
Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.
Now they want to use the troops to implement policy changes (not the budget) that will effect them and their families for years to come.

Enforcement (OSM) from moving forward with a proposed rule that would effectively eliminate
the Stream Buffer Zone Rule, a rule that presently allows surface mining operations with

Sec. 4043
Prohibits funds for the EPA to deny proposed and active mining permits under Section 404 (c) of
the Clean Water Act, specifically to revoke retroactively a permit for the Spruce Mine in West

Sec. 4044
Prohibits funds for the EPA to implement regulations to designate coal ash reside as hazardous
waste.
--Coal ash (dust) is a hazardous waste. By eliminating the EPA from designating coal ash (dust) as hazardous waste, coal miners lose their fight against the health issues that they endure and the conditions under which they will be required to work. This allows the coal companies to continue to transport coal in open containers and coal spillage and coal ash hills would not be deemed a hazardous site. The coal ash that blows onto private property or into water wells or water ways would not be deemed hazardous which saves the coal companies millions of dollars in cleanup, fines and health costs.
