I agree about the songs. We'll see how the rest of the album goes. Wouldn't mind seeing them again.

they and the Dead Weather are bucket list bands for me. Doubt I'll ever get to see either. Kills have never toured Canada, and I'm guessing DW is either done or just a studio act now.eeriepadave said:Ledbetterman10 said:New York is alright. Don't care for LA Hex. I misinterpreted what you meant by toured Canada (thought you meant never played in Canada). And the bug three in Canada are nowhere near you. That kinda sucks.

it really does. I miss so many shows being in the belly button of North America. it costs an arm and a leg to see any "bucket list" bands. Buddy flew to Toronto to see Radiohead. it was the show they cancelled when the roadie got killed. A co worker flew to Detroit to see Meatloaf. He cancelled last minute due to illness.eeriepadave said:HughFreakingDillon said:yeah, most bands hit the big three, but I said "tour canada". playing the big 3 is not touring canada.

I was scared shitless traveling to Seattle to see Cantrell after he had had cancelled several shows on his tour due to Covid. But I got lucky.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0 -

Just getting home from seeing them in Boston tonight. You are in for a treat. What an incredible band. They played for about 90 minutes and played the majority of their new album. I would also recommend getting there to see the opening band, The Paranoyds. They are signed to Third Man Records, and they sounded good as well.eeriepadave said:seeing them tomorrow in philly. Looks like they played the same setlist as previous night. Still a good show. I thought they had a backing band, forgot it was just those two live. Couple killer songs live which I liked are Friend My Little Brain (which I never heard live) and URA Fever (which is always good live). The Paranoyds were pretty good also, like you said.
