    Not to down play it, but while 7.4 is bad, keep in mind a 7.5 is twice as strong as a 7.4.. So this is 1/16th as strong as the big one they had.

    I'm not really well versed on how the Richter scale works. All I know is big numbers bad, little numbers good.

    2.0 is 10x a 1.0
    3.0 is 10x a 2.0
    4.0 is 10x a 3.0 etc etc etc
