Checkpoint Charlie CD

At the end of last year I was in a very small local record store during a trip to Reno and me and the owner started talking PJ. He went into the back of the shop and came out with a CD copy of the Checkpoint Charlie show, but he said he wasn't interested in selling it. As far as I know, this was only given to radio stations and what not, but Im just wondering if anyone knows how rare it is and how many there are.

I wanted it badly, but he was intent on keeping it.

I don't know the answer to your question, but out of curiousity, what record store was it?

It was called Discology.

There wasnt much to the store. All the CDs seemed to be used and he had a small collection of new vinyl but that was about it.

I have this one somewhere around here...got it in Tampa for free during a radio station giveaway...had someone offer $50 for it, turned it down

i paid $36 (two years ago)for it so $50 is about right now..but ebay is a funny place and it might cost more
