What is a better seat? Benaroya Hall

What are better seats...especially in regards to Benaroya Hall? I was lucky enough to get 3rd tier balcony, second row, center of stage. My girlfriend (we both tried not knowing if any of us would get through) who was trying from work got some orchestra, but row HH, almost against the right wall (aisle D).
I am just curious what some think because I have never been to Benaroya Hall before.
* I am not saying this to brag because I know some got shutout completely on tickets. I have offered a pair to a friend of mine. If he decides not to go, I will post a message in the near future and sell them for face to a fellow 10C member.

Wait till you get the tickets in hand. There should be an X number on them. Lower x number = better seat. X1 = best seat in the house.

Not familiar with this. Please explain more if you can. Is this like a magic ticket? I know when I went to Eddie in Vancouver '08, there was a guy going up and down the line and asked if people had 10C tickets (I unfortunately didn't and got a single off of ebay). The couple behind me had 10C tickets, the guy looked at them and took their existing tickets and handed them 2 new tickets. They basically traded in their 15th row tickets for second row. That is very nice of 10C to do random things like that.

That was really nice, I wonder if someone did not pick up their Ten C seats and those were the extras? This is also the first time I've bought Ten C tickets so I don't know anything about the "X" number. I got instructions emailed about pickup, etc. yesterday, but I was just curious if there is the actual row/seat on the ticket or is there a code??? Thanks.
    Hearts and thoughts they fade....

I am at peace with my lust.....for Eddie.

I don't know how better to explain it. It's just a system Ticketmaster uses. If you have some old Ticketmaster ticket stubs look at them. The better seats will always have a lower "x" number. I've had front row all the way off to one side of the stage have a higher x number than say a seat 5-7 rows back but dead center.

  • To answer your question, the Orch's are better.

a view from the stage. 3rd tier is all the way back and all the way up. I would take the orchestra seats in a second.

If you want to trade your orchestra tickets for another set in row A of tier three I'd be happy to oblige ;)
