oh...thought you were talking about your latest purchase from a head shop....sorry...carry on.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.
invest in a good thermometer
make sure you have a chimney starter
learn how to make a rub
if you think its done, it probably needs a few more hours
There is big difference between smoking chicken or fish and trying to do ribs, pulled pork or brisket.
Practice practice practice.

I had absolutely no clue. I guess being veggie excludes me from this thread.
do you eat fish? Smoked Salmon is divine!

some cheese is 'smoked' but I think it's more of the liquid smoke that they add in to give it that flavor...a smoker would probably melt the cheese... :(

actually milk is cow sweat...so that would make cheese curdled sweat....mmmm delish!

Cheese is smoked with wood. It's done indirectly to avoid any heat, but hardwood smoked cheese if awesome!
