The first ever 311 Pow Wow Festival unveils its lineup with Sublime With Rome, Deftones, G. Love, SOJA, The Dirty Heads, Reel Big Fish and Ozomatli leading the pack descending on Northern Florida in August.
Also appearing at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fla., Aug. 4-6 will be Streetlight Manifesto, The Supervillains, Ballyhoo, DJ Soulman and DJ Trichrome. Of course, as in all festivals of this magnitude, the lineup announcement comes with the “more to be announced” tag.
The Thursday-Saturday music and camping festival features 311 headlining the main stage Friday and Saturday. The plan is for the band to perform two sets each evening including a start-to-finish of its 1997 album Transistor.
Pow Wow is selling three-day early bird tickets priced at $135 plus applicable fees through June 9. Three-day advance tickets carrying a $145 price tag plus, you guessed it, applicable fees, go up Friday, June 10 at 10 a.m. EDT. Three-day early bird and three-day advance tickets include three nights of “primitive camping” as well as parking for regular passenger vehicles, meaning RV parking will cost extra.
There are also VIP packages that include tents, sleeping bags, 311 merch and access to private bars, bathrooms and viewing areas as well as free catering Friday and Saturday. For more information visit 311PowWowFestival.com.
