That is massively fucked up. MASSIVELY.
And I listen for the voice inside my head... nothing. I'll do this one myself.

There are also thousands of people in our armed forces who are honorable people, great sons and daughters... My son in law included...

nobody said that anything to the contrary.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

Someone needs to go to Washington (and wall street) and take the fucks from their seats and stick them in the field. Ya, great, now these soldiers get to come home all fucked up regardless if they killed for fun or not.
What an unacceptable game that is played in the face of the 5 billion plus people who live on 2 dollars a day.
We should all be ashamed in the face of mother nature. In the face of the children and grandchildren who walk this earth.

Unfortunately that needs to be reminded every time stuff like this is news. Yeah, shit like that should never happen, but the majority of people are good.

I know that... but it'd be quite tiring posting on every thread that had something bad on it with a counter argument explaining what everyone already knows.

Thread: planes fly into world trade center buildings

response: There are also thousands, nae millions, of Muslims in other countries who are honorable people, great sons and daughters... my best friend included.

Thread: Ohio man goes on gun rampage and kills 9 including 8 year old girl

response: There are also thousands, nae millions, of men in Ohio who are honorable people, great sons and daughters... my son-in-law included.

see what i mean? It's a given that the majority are good, but because you have an emotional attachment to someone in the armed forces you feel compelled to remind us all that there are good guys. we know.

As screwed up as this story is, leave it to Rolling Stone to try to connect it to someone politically. The ninth photo caption mentions the Palins, people that have nothing to do with this, but RS wants to connect them to a bad story. This is why RS is no longer relevant.

Pic #17 mentions a clear violation of Army standards. Didn't RS celebrate the wikileaks soldier? I don't believe he was following protocol either.
  • how can people sleep, doing this shit? I don't give a FUCK that "war fucks people up". You'd see me shoot myself in the head before I run over children.

On the one hand we have some people murdering and mutilating innocent civilians, and on the other we have someone who has tried to stop these atrocities by highlighting them.

You see, there's protocol, and then there's protocol.
