    It is stressful. I got BUY once and would not put in cart. One hour later I got it in cart and billing froze 7 times but stayed in cart thank god. My nerves are shaking and now I'm drinking the rest of the night!

    Oops I ripped your face off? Did anyone see that cute default page? I WISH I could rip their face off. You know, in 20 years of buying tickets to rock shows I've never had an experience anywhere near as dumb and frustrating as that one. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. For an organization on a clear, unabashed march to make as much money as possible right now, the very least you could do is invest some of that back into your website if you intend to sell high-demand tickets as you did this afternoon. The server failures were ridiculous and this isn't the first time the mistake has been made.

    No one gives a fuck about some limited edition release of Betterman (guitar and organ only)!! We care about seeing Ed tickle his uke live at the Chicago Theatre. I'm not saying it's my right to get tickets in advance through Ten Club... but it shouldn't come down to who sneaks past failing servers.

    Complete and utter bullshit today. By the way, announce when and where the fucking festival will be held. Fuck.

    Love Pearl Jam - but this site reminds me of when I started following them online circa 1994...I went as far as having MN tickets in my Cart after several attempts, completed step 1 after several attempts, submitted step 2 several times, and in anticipation of the step 3 site showing up - a screen told me that my cart timed out and was now empty...by the time I got back into the MN tickets, they were sold out. Words do not express how my high was crushed by frustration regarding this site......
