if someone has this already and doesnt need the riot act then im willing to buy it straight up or we can work out some other kind of trade..i have some other PJ rare stuff...just lemme know...reaaally looking to own this

    also have a sealed No Code id be willing to trade instead of Riot Act if thats an issue
