Info on 10 Club Tickets Wanted

I read that 10 club seat locations vary from venue to venue and are held in unspecified locations... I haven't been lucky enough to obtain 10 club seats yet but hopefully I will get them for the Detroit show. So, does anyone know from experience with 10 club seating - are 10 club seats typically pretty close to the stage or are they all over the map? Just curious. Thanks.

but expect nothing but random seats and if you do get nice ones, just be very very very happy!

soudns like they will be random all thru the venue. expect bitching post ticket pick up by some and celebratory dancing by others.

My experience with 10 club tickets over the years is that they are allotted in the front sections (or near it) of the venue based on seniority, but that was for Pearl Jam.

The Eddie Vedder tour isn't based on seniority and according to reviews from the Aussie tour 10 club seats were allotted in seats all over the venue. I also saw someone mention that 10c members could buy tickets to as many shows as they wanted for Australian shows which if true, could be part of the issue of 10c members getting further then expected seats. I've read other reviews from past U.S. EV shows who said 10c tickets were in the front sections. It's sounds like for this U.S EV tour you should be prepared for the possibility of not being in the lower sections. Limiting 10c ticket purchases to one show per member would seem to increase the odds of getting good seats but its better to not get your hopes up and be surprised, rather then be disappointed.

I emailed 10c ticketing to see if they could clarify this question people are having. I'll post a reply if/once I hear back from them.

Whats the question? It says tickets will be issued randomly at locations throughout the venue. This is different than "we reserve the best seats in the house". So its luck of the draw. No more no less

Thanks for the replies. Don't get me wrong, I'll be thrilled no matter what if I get 10 club seats. After all, I'm extremely lucky, the Detroit venue is 30 minutes from my house. Bitching and complaining about seats would be crazy for me to do. I'll enjoy the hell out of the show no matter what... I just hope there won't be too many turds there shouting "EDDIEEEEEEE" or offering up song requests.

That is guaranteed to happen. Ed has a pretty good way of trying to tell them to shut the hell up without saying that exactly.
