Awesome show, Ed was amazing, finally got to hear Immortality live - made my night! We were Row O, so not too far back.
Shame about the tossers screaming 'Rats' over the top of Ed talking, made it hard to hear him sometimes.
Wished I was going again tonight....0 -
Hello fellow O rower!
I know, he was soooooo annoying, I just tried to ignore him. He ended up running away from security because he poured beer all over some poor man sitting next to him.!!! I thought there was going to be a big fight :? So happy after he left though. There always has to be one idiot doesn't there? :roll:Brynmor wrote:Awesome show, Ed was amazing, finally got to hear Immortality live - made my night! We were Row O, so not too far back.

We were really lucky and were on the opposite side to you, it was great, nobody was calling out and we could just sit back and soak up Eddie in all his glory
Every time he started calling out you could hear many people around us quietly telling him to shut the *&%# up!!!0 -

Yeah! I was telling him to shut the f#*k up quietly. His drunk missus was annoying too. She's going 'Take your clothes off Eddie!' and I was saying, "yeah, that exactly what he's going to do right just for you, you silly slag!"“ "Thank you Palestrina. It’s a wonderful evening, it’s great to be here and I wanna dedicate you a super sexy song." " (last words of Mark Sandman of Morphine)

Ridiculously fantastic show. Couldn't have asked for much better than that.
Untitled was perfect. Well done, buff.
Other highlights for me - Ship Song, extended Immortality on the black Rickenbacker, Society, The End, Can't Keep, I Am Mine (never a huge fan of this song but I finally "got it" tonight.
Row M centre tickets and absolutely loved it. Such a small venue that everything felt close.
Hope the two people I sat next to enjoyed the show - their final show of the tour.
Looking forward to tonight.Come to send, not condescend...0 -

amazing is not a strong enough word. been a long time pj fan but to see my mates just love every minute of ed solo has convinced me of his magic. had some great seats last night with a few lads and we sat stomped clapped and sang the night away. nothin better than experiencing these things with guys with who you will forever talk about the night with over a few quiet beers
after going to melbourne 1 and 2 i didnt think ed could wheel out such a different set list but he proved me so wrong. i dont like rating which show is better or worse but the emotional rollercoaster of every show has been unbelievable. to see people in the crowd react so strongly to different songs for their own reasons is why we all go to multiiple shows and the venues this tour have been absolutley awesome. i thought thebby was great last night
some of my highlights last night were needle and the damage done and last kiss but lets face it the list goes on. it surprised me how i'm open really hit me between the eyes but i guess this has been the case with some other songs that wouldnt usually be on repeat in the car like arc (melb2 was special!). perhaps the best thing about this tour is experiencing so many different songs with eds raw passion and really finding some of my lesser likes make sense when played like this live.
untitled was just perfect (sorry to the girl nxt to me for losing volume control during that!) and golden state was a ripper (could actually hear ej last night). the poster is an absolute belter as well, love it
if ed manages to play i got you tonight my zimbabwean fiance is just going to flip out completely! almost happened in melbourne and we both thought our dreams had come true, but us pj fans always ask for the impossible!
i really dont know how ed manages to keep going every night, im knackered and im just watchin!
anyway thanks to whoever organises these things and lets hope for another cracker night tonight0 -

Whoa! That's one nice setlist. Untitled, The Needle and the Damage Done, Gone, Man of the Hour, Open All Night? I am so jealous.0
-
Yes i was lucky enough to get 10c tickets. was in the 3rd row, near the center. was great people getting envolved and having a great time. Ed seemed to be loving the crowd except the rats joker?? Was not lucky enough to get 10c tonight so in the nose bleeds but cant wait. porch was a highlight!!!0

Sigh ;-) another great show from Mr Vedder.
Someone mentioned they don't like rating which show is better than the other and I have to agree. 3 shows in and its such a wonderful experience, looking forward to tonight!
Was great meeting a few different 10C members before the gig, forgotten most of your names (sorry). Joel so jealous that you still have 2 more shows!
Thanks to Brendan that i got my ticket from after ditching my 10C one... he was the guy that requested Untitled, what a star. Hope your EV pick is safe and sound!
One thing that i will rate is the crowd for PORCH - yay, everyone stood up!!!
Looking forward to tonight, hope the blues don't kick in too quickly after the show :oops:1995 • 2006 • 2009 • Adelaide

Another top show. Each show has been so unique & great for its own reasons. Ship song, goodbye, needle & the damage done & open all night were highlights. Loving all the unexpecteds like gone & untitled. Sad that this was my last
show, but what an experience it has been! Thanks Ed.
Oh and 5th row seats to top it off - thanks 10CTake me for a ride before we leave...0 -
I was just going to post if people thought he would play the Ship Song during his tour, and he did tonight.....Hands down, one of my favorite covers he does (along with Millworker). Hopefully he will play it when he comes to new England!!0
