ISO: Extras from the VS/vitalogy super deluxe box

I finally gave up on hoping for a reasonable way to order the box (Sony won't ship to Israel and it would cost me at least $80 to ship independently from the U.S.) so I ordered the deluxe CD pack instead. I am not interested at all in the vinyl and only wanted the super deluxe for the extras, so if any one out the who got the box wants to sell me the extras, please PM me.
This is the stuff I want:

Hour-plus mix tape cassette from the January 1995
Self Pollution Radio Broadcast



80-page Composition Book filled with photos,
Drawings and artwork by EV and Jeff



A glassine envelope containing a collection of VS- and Vitalogy- era memorabilia including beautiful lithographs of each band member, postcards, posters and much more.

I'll piggy-back on this thread. I am looking for the same thing. I'm not into vinyl, so I couldnt justify the set while cash flow is low. If someone wants to trade or sell the extras, please PM me.
