Bump.
And I'm trying to get the place this weekend. Working on it at least.
Also trying to decide who the beneficiary should be. I usually do TTTS but was thinking of a different one this time. NAMI? Or a local friend suggested I'm Alive.
ETA 99% sure the STL party/fundraiser will be here http://www.fieldhousestl.com/
I should know for certain on Monday!

Foxy Mop,
Can you put me down as organizer for the Providence fundraiser on June 15th?
I'm planning to raise money for Artists for Justice & Peace and the local Girls Rock chapter.
Looks like the fundraiser will be at a cool bar/restaurant about 5 minutes walk from PPAC.
I'll update with details once confirmed.
Thanks,

Didn't want to keep threadjacking the EV St Louis thread

I'll be setting up a St Louis FB page as soon as I hear back from Field House that they are 100% in. So possibly tomorrow. Probably make a thread here too with all the info.
I think I'm doing NAMI and I'm Alive as our beneficiaries.
We already have a few donations!!! Anyone have anything they want to donate you can pm me or Melissa (ozarkcoolchic)To 10c; "Your PJ tshirt should be tight enough to show you're a woman and loose enough to show you're a lady." - bionicamy0 -

Cart. Horse. Money. Tickets.
If things work out, I will gladly help. But I will default at this time as an 'organizer'. I will be, however, one of "Laura's Hired Guns". I will don a holster. But no assless chaps.

Bumping this off page 8!
Just heard and we are set for Field House Pub & Grill. http://www.fieldhousestl.com/
Planning on collecting donations for Granite City APA http://www.gcapa.org/home as a local beneficiary. We usually do non perishable foods but thought this time I would do something different. For each dog/cat food item, cat litter, cleaning supplies, paper towels, old towels/blankets you donate you will get a raffle ticket!
Trying to work on the beneficiary but haven't heard back from NAMI yet to confirm them. Will be making a thread here with all the details and doing a FB page right now.To 10c; "Your PJ tshirt should be tight enough to show you're a woman and loose enough to show you're a lady." - bionicamy0 -

Mindi on the ball as always!! Methinks its time you made your thread since you are practically organized already~!
As always, we ask that everyone refrain from contacting the Ten Club directly with requests for autographed items for the parties. We'll be submitting one request form with everyone's information as we get closer to the show dates. Thanks!!0 -

I'd be willing to donate something for the Chicago fundraiser...possibly volunteer, but I don't get off work till late afternoon so I don't know how early I'd be able to be there.Chicago 2000 : Chicago 2003 : Chicago 2006 : Summerfest 2006 : Lollapalooza 2007 : Chicago 2009 : Noblesville (Indy) 2010 : PJ20 (East Troy) 2011 : Wrigley Field 2013 : Milwaukee (Yield) 2014 : Wrigley Field 20160

I could help volunteering for the Philly show, but I don't have my work schedule yet for that weekend. That would be two weeks in a row volunteering! Thru Board Committee at the US Open and then for PJ! Hells yeah!!!0

Foxy Mop,
I attended the 2010 Bridge School fundraiser for a little while so I have an idea of how they go. I also have experience in running events so I should be good.
If folks have items for donation and/or they want to volunteer as helpers, please PM me.
I am working on getting Trinity Brewhouse in Providence locked down for the fundraiser. Confirmation coming soon.10C Member # 6,9XX - from 1992 to Present, attended 40 shows and counting...0
