I went to Jimmy Fallon today. Long story short, I was invited backstage, saw the band, shook Jeff's hand, and was surprised with a great gift afterward. Someone from the show was kind enough to get me a souvenir, the album Cover Jimmy used for promo on the show.... oh and they got it signed by the band to me.

    I am beyond grateful........

McCready Ripped that solo, holy shitt. :mrgreen:8-)

Anyone else notice that the intro to
    Carson was Johnny Guitar?

Mike did in fact melt my face.... Twice begining and middle of the song, and yes I was gonna say the same thing about Johnny g lol that wa pretty random

OH good so I'll ask this here since you guys have noticed that the intro was JG-like....who here thinks, besides me, that OH LORD intro sounds soooooooo much like YOU ARE?

I've asked but no one has ever answered. Is it just me?

Each time I see a performance from these guys it keeps getting better and better. They seem to be coming together as a unit and it really looks like they are enjoying themselves. On the Fallon show, they just tore it up.
Ripping into Holes in the Road which sent shock waves into the audience, TM was showcasing that they are LOUD AND PROUD! Mike & Richard especially bringing the energy level way up. My Baby has evolved in one short week of live performances into a showcase for the talent of these musicians, there is no weak spot . The song just flat out rocks, each member is outstanding in their performance! Saturday night in NYC and Sunday in Boston are shows that should not be missed. These guys are good, very good!

Jeff, dUg and Richard with some help from Mike of course, have given us a record on par with Mad Season or TOTD. I want more!

....so I saw that they played my baby but was that THE song they played on air? On fallon's website it says it's a web exclusive, wondering if they played another track, can't find anything on YouTube..

They sounded great, I'm jealous of all those on the fan bench who got to rock out! They looked like they were having a lot of fun. Much better than the Roots sex music they'd play before and after the commercial breaks. :D

Great performance- all I can say is WOW MIKE MCCREADY! So glad they played Holes In the Road, might be my favorite track on Three Mountains. Can't wait to see Tres Mts tomorrow, I know I'll be in for a spectacular show! And at the end did anyone else see Jeff & Jimmy do a little dance? That made me smile!
